Credit Score Adjust LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Credit Score Adjust website and Services.

  • Identity & contact data: name, email, phone, mailing address.
  • Sensitive data needed for credit repair: date of birth, Social Security number, and government-issued identification. This is collected only where necessary to prepare disputes and verify identity.
  • Credit information: credit reports and the accounts/items within them that you ask us to review.
  • Payment data: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage data: log data, device and browser information used to operate and secure the platform.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide credit-repair services and generate dispute correspondence.
  • To verify your identity and prevent fraud.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To communicate with you about your account and results.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we protect sensitive data

Your Social Security number and date of birth are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted and audited. We never display your full SSN except through a controlled, logged reveal action.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard measures.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to deliver the Services — for example, with consumer reporting agencies and furnishers to process disputes, with Stripe to process payments, with mail/email providers to deliver correspondence, and with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information when required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data as described below, subject to records we must retain by law.

6. Your choices & rights

  • Access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information.
  • Opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time.
  • Close your account and end recurring billing.
