These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Credit Score Adjust website, software platform, and credit-repair services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Credit Score Adjust LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are & what we do
Credit Score Adjust provides (a) a software platform that credit-repair businesses use to manage clients and generate dispute correspondence, and (b) done-for-you credit-repair services for consumers, in which our specialists review credit reports and prepare dispute communications to consumer reporting agencies and furnishers on your behalf.
2. No guarantee of results
Results vary based on your individual credit profile and the responses of consumer reporting agencies and creditors. Any statements about typical results are for illustration only and are not a promise of your results.
3. Your right to do this yourself
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit file yourself, directly with the consumer reporting agencies, for free. You are not required to use our Services or to pay any fee to exercise your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
4. Your right to cancel (CROA)
You may cancel your enrollment in our consumer credit-repair Services, without any penalty or obligation, within three (3) business days from the date you signed your service agreement. To cancel, notify us in writing at support@creditscoreadjust.com.
After the initial three-day period, you may cancel your ongoing monthly service at any time; cancellation stops future monthly charges as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Fees & billing
Fees for each plan are displayed at checkout, plus applicable taxes. Consumer plans include a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly monitoring/service fee. Business/partner plans are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. We do not charge for credit-repair services before those services have been performed in accordance with applicable law.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, truthful information and valid identification.
- Do not use the Services to dispute information you know to be accurate.
- Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Forward relevant correspondence from bureaus and creditors so we can act on it.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to submit fraudulent disputes, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Third-party services
The Services rely on third parties including Stripe (payments), consumer reporting agencies, and mail/email delivery providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
